About Us

The Batavia Business Improvement District is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. It is responsible for the economic revitalization and promotion of downtown Batavia by financing capital improvements, events, programs and services beyond those provided by the City of Batavia. Funding for the organization is from an annual assessment based upon the assessed property value.
