Full Job Description

The primary responsibilities will be; to provide Marchese Computer Products, Inc. with Level 1 IT support for its customers. Candidate will maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Document, maintain, upgrade or replaces hardware and software systems. Work will be inhouse and at customers sites. Candidate will Support and maintain user account information including rights, security and systems groups. Candidate will install and maintain operating systems from Microsoft, Office products, remove viruses when found and other normal related tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • First response for all IT related issues for our customers
  • Assist in troubleshooting and integration of the customers IT Network systems and Network connections.
  • Work with 3rd Party IT Vendors
  • Installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all PC and peripherals.
  • Analyze and resolve end user software program(s) and connectivity issues in a timely and accurate fashion (Help Desk Function).
  • Work closely with customers and our staff to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions.
  • Repair and build computers/Servers including operating system installations
  • Assist in implementation of IT policies procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

A minimum of a Associates Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology/Business related field or related experience. Candidate should be familiar with the following: Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Sever 2019, Server 2016, Microsoft Professional Office Suite, Cloud technologies.

A+, Network+, MCSE, MCDBA or MS Certified Desktop Support Technician certification would be a plus but are not required.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
