Floor Attendant - Video Gaming Operations

FULL TIME POSITION, PAY IS $13.50 HR. + TIPS

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES

Under the direction of the Floor Supervisor – Video Gaming Operations, provides exceptional customer service to the gaming patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Constantly patrol the gaming floor to assist patrons in game operations, locations, etc.

2. Receive customer inquiries and complaints and help to resolve and/or refer the matter to a Floor Supervisor – Video Gaming Operations in a considerate and professional manner.

3. Report machine malfunctions to technicians for immediate service.

4. Assist winning patrons in the collection of their winnings.

5. At days’ end, perform machine drop procedures as directed by Floor Supervisor – Video Gaming Operations.

6. Ensure that regulations and procedures pertaining to the gaming floor are followed.

7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND TRAINING

Must be pleasant and demonstrate the ability and willingness to interact with patrons and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

ACCEPTABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or GED. Must be approved for and maintain a valid Video Lottery Gaming Non-Key Employee license issued by the New York State Gaming Commission.
