Event Set Up Team Member
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Under the direction of the Banquet Team Captain is responsible for the set up and tear down of the banquet or dining room areas for events such as weddings and business meetings.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for set up of tables and chairs along with buffet when required.
2. Responsible for tearing down tables and chairs after an event is complete.
3. Responsible for tearing the buffet down and returning chafers to the designated area clean.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment only as intended.
Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies and service procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND TRAINING Must possess excellent customer service skills and be familiar with the restaurant functions and duties that are required.
