1st Shift, 5:00am - 3:30pm (starts at $17/hr)

2nd Shift, 2:00pm - approx.11:00pm/12:00am (starts at $18/hr)

Job Requirements

• Some manufacturing experience preferred but not required, food manufacturing is a plus
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must have HS Diploma or GED
•  Ability to perform basic math skills and reading comprehension
• Willing to perform all tasks when and where assigned and as changing situations arise
• Maintain professional and positive attitude and work ethic
• Must follow all Yancey’s Fancy GMPs and work consistent with all food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, grab, hold and carry
• Lift up to 40lbs
• Standing, walking, and climbing for 8+ hours a day
•  Must be able to handle varying temperatures
