This is a fulltime position – immediate opening
• QuickBooks software administration – performing all functions and maintaining backup
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Completing NY and PA sales tax reports
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare monthly reports to be sent to CPA
• Compete various reports and audits
• Weekly completion of Payroll report to payroll service
• Other administrative duties needed by management
• Associates degree or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
• 2 – 3 years’ work experience in a similar role
• In-depth hands-on knowledge of all aspects of QuickBooks software
• Good computer skills using Microsoft Office programs.
