Shinrin-Yoku with Debra Denome at Draves Arboretum

Experience the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, loosely translated into Forest Bathing (fully clothed!). You will be skillfully guided in a gentle, enjoyable, full sensory experience of the forms, sounds, fragrances, textures, tastes and energy of the exquisite landscape, rare trees and shrubs, ponds and streams throughout the Arboretum. We will conclude the walk with a wild tea, foraged from a delicious Arboretum tree.
