CCE Genesee Master Preserver Presents: Canning Tomatoes
This is a hands-on class that will show all the basics of hot water bath canning.  The Master Preserver will demonstrate both the hot and cold pack methods of canning, as well as lead a discussion in jams and jellies.  Recipes and handouts will be provided.  You will have a quart of tomatoes when the class finishes, but they will be too hot to take home.  You will be able to pick them up the following day.
