***Nortera, formerly known as Bonduelle and Birdseye, currently operates 13 plants across Canada and the U.S., where they specialize in ready-to-use, plant-based meal solutions.  Locally, The Oakfield facility produces approximately 116M lbs of frozen vegetable products per year with 37 full-time employees and 148 seasonal employees. Farm Fresh First LLC was formed in January 2007 to provide agricultural services for the vegetable & fruit processing industry.  These services include raw product procurement from agricultural producers both directly and indirectly through contracting in the company’s capacity as agent, harvesting, hauling, spraying, information services and administrative services.  Nortera Foods, is Farm Fresh First’s single largest customer.  As with other customers, our employees work side by side with Nortera Foods employees at each facility to match supply and production requirements throughout each day of the season.
